How many hours did you study to get an A in Chem?

I'm curious to know if I'm studying enough. Our first exam is in 2 weeks!! I'm at about 2.5-4 hours a day.

It depends on the level of chem that you're taking as well as how you learn! I'm taking chem right now as well but took a higher level chem course during my first round of undergrad and only ever studied the night before an exam for about 2 hours and got an A. lol But I also retain/memorize information very easily and science is a strong point for me. So again, it really just depends on how you learn!

I did not really study much as in spending hours studying/learning new material. Even though I graduated high schools many years ago, chemistry has been fresh in my mind, so in a sense I was re-learning, remembering information. I did, however, spend quite a lot of time doing homework! Like PP said, you know better how much time you should study. But I think 4 hours a day is more than enough!
