Calculate With Confidence- HELP!

I need 'Calculate With Confidence' by Morris for pharm class on Monday. The UPS guy screwed up my delivery and now it's being returned to sender.

Does anyone have it in pdf form? Or at least the first couple of chapters to tide me over until I can get the book re-sent?

My school library doesn't have it and the bookstore is ridiculously expensive.
