Hi all!

I just submitted my application for Drexels ACE fall 2015 program and was curious if anyone else has applied or heard back from admissions?

I have a 3.1 cGPA and around a 3.4 sGPA, is this considered competitive with past applicants?

Also, how is everyone planing on paying for this-I understand it's pretty pricey and aid packages aren't close to covering it...

Hi all!

I applied in the beginning of September and have not heard anything back yet. I think I check the portal 30 times a day lol, a little obsessive. I actually did my under grand for psychology at so I'm curious if that is going to hurt or help me. My GPA is currently a 3.53. I'm doing my pre-req's at my community college in NJ and have gotten A ' s in them so far. If anyone has any questions about the area feel free to ask I'd be more than happy to answer since I'm familiar with the campus. Congrats to those accepted!

Might I add, a friend of mine whose in the program now heard a rumor that because they do a 24 month program now (night classes I believe) opens up more seats for the 11 month program. Apparently if you don't get accepted to the 11 month program they MAY offer you the 24 month admission. Like I said these are things I just heard through other people. I also heard that people with 3.0 were accepted all the way to 3.9 gpa. So it seems that a variety are being accepted.

Did anyone else submit an essay? Even though we didn't have to, I did anyway hopefully to help my chances. :)

Nicolef1- awesome you were a student! I didn't write an essay but I'm sure it looked good on your application!

Also, I Just got an email that there will be an accepted students day November 12th! Hopefully everyone hears back well before then!!!

Wow November 12th seems really close for the rest of us who haven't gotten any word back still. Especially for people out of state.

I agree! Maybe that's a sign they'll have majority answers out this week? The anticipation is killing me! @cmacey. Any one else wake up to a decision? Nothing yet for me

I agree! Typically air tickets get more expensive within two weeks, so it would great to have a decision by today or maybe tomorrow...LOL...I can dream.

I started working at a healthcare related facility, but I don't think that had anything to do with it since we don't turn in a resume! Honestly, the first time I applied for Fall 2014, I applied pretty late, January 2014 and I think it was just too late to be admitted (maybe not, but it's my best guess).

I want to call and ask if we will find out soon just so plane tickets don't get too expensive...but I also don't want to bother them.

I don't think it would hurt your decision if you called to ask. If anything, it shows that you're serious. I actually plan on calling later and asking if everything about my application is complete and if there is anything else I need to do, even though portal says it's complete. Rather try to have my application stand out as much as I can. Any body start a Facebook page yet for accepted students?

I agree- I think asking could only help. It shows your serious and makes your name stick in their heads.

Ive been looking for an fbook group but haven't found one!! I'm not sure if there's a certain person who did it because I tried to join the general Ace Nursing one and this guy had to friend me and then added me to the group?? I'm not sure lol
