Drexel ACE fall 2015

Published

Hi all!

I just submitted my application for Drexels ACE fall 2015 program and was curious if anyone else has applied or heard back from admissions?

I have a 3.1 cGPA and around a 3.4 sGPA, is this considered competitive with past applicants?

Also, how is everyone planing on paying for this-I understand it's pretty pricey and aid packages aren't close to covering it...

Best of luck!

Hey- When did you apply?

COngrats! When did you apply?

I applied early in September but my application was complete around Sept 16th

Nice! Well congratulations! Hopefully I'll here back soon!

My application status changed to "on hold" this morning...

Where on your applications are you seeing this? Mine still says completed application awaiting review.

The on hold could mean that maybe they are waiting on some paper work?

It says it under admissions decision. It says 'may reflect the need for additional documents' but I called and confirmed they received everything in september

Congrats to everyone who has received their acceptances :) My application was completed on October 2nd and I am waiting to hear back. I am so nervous and anxious. So far, I only applied to Drexel. My undergrad GPA was a 3.53 from Penn State and I am currently working on my science pre-requisites. I'm starting to second guess whether I should have completed all of the pre-reqs before applying. Did everyone complete all of their perquisites? And if not, how many more do you all have to take? Do you know how many the expect us to have completed when applying? I'm so nervous!!!! Good luck to everyone waiting and please continue to post your acceptances as you get them!!!

Hey,

I've talked to admissions about this whole prereq thing and they told me with the year gap between acceptance and starting classes that they expect many people won't have their prereqs done during the application period. They also said that having more prereqs done does help your application to look better. I personally applied early because I know that I can get them done in a year if I'm accepted. I am currently in AP 1. I have plenty left too. Gpa was 3.73 at Temple university. You can always reapply too so I wouldn't be nervous. Good luck!

I went to the ACE open house back in September and they said that they would like you to have a good amount done and at least have a couple of the science prerequisites done so you know you can handle the classes. I currently am enrolled in micro and developmental psych and am taking stat next semester since they won't accept the psych stat course I previously took.

I would make sure to email them and let them know what courses you are currently enrolled in and your plan of action if you still have more to complete. I also emailed them an update off current grades so they would have an idea of my status as is.

I hope this helps!

good luck!!!!!

Same thing happened with my business statistics. I'm in basic stat now because they wouldn't take it as an equivalent. Definitely send them your planned out courses if you haven't already. I would have assumed it would transfer :(

Where do we send this to?
