Hi future nurses! I didn't see a discussion board for the summer term of 2017, so I decided to make one myself(: Let's use this forum to discuss grades, TEAS, and the application process. This does include venting! We all know how anxiety kicks in when there's a bump in the road. Good luck to everyone that is applying!

I can't wait for the application period opens. Anyone that is re-applying, any tips?

I had my interview November 17th!

I was accepted last Thursday 12/15! My interview was 11/21. Let me know if anyone has formed an unofficial Facebook group!

I'm still waiting for one also, I had called about a week ago and she had told me to not worry because they're doing interviews through February so hopefully we get one soon

Congratulations to those who have been accepted and good luck to those still anxiously waiting! For those of you who have been accepted, do you mind sharing your stats and teas scores? I'm applying for the fall and hoping my stats are somewhat close to the "accepted" range.

I just graduated with my BS in biology. I indicated on my app located I anticipated graduating this term, but should I call and update them?

Also, if you scored very high on another standardized national science exam, even if it's not totally relevant, would you update them on that as well?

I have been accepted & I got a 85 on my teas and have a 3.9 gpa

I had a 3.4 overall and a 92 on the teas. I also have a degree from A&M.

I have a 3.3 overall GPA, I scored an 87 on the TEAS, and I have a degree from UH. Go Coogs!

I had an overall GPA of 3.62 and 82.7 overall score on the TEAS. I do not have a previous degree and this was my first time applying to the school.
