Towson fall 2017

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Anyone else applying for the fall semester this January? GPA/TEAS? Or anyone who already got in? I have a 3.3 GPA and haven't taken my TEAS yet. However I am a good test taker, so I'm expecting to do well. So nervous I won't get in because i can't really afford to take an extra semester and apply again in Spring. :/ I'm also applying to CCBC, UMBC, and HCC.

To anyone who made it in/knows people who made it in: do you think I have a chance with such a low gpa?

Specializes in GENERAL.

I'm confused.

You're "a good test taker" with GPA of 3.3.

So your either a good test taker and a OK paper writer or vice versa.

But this is what I tell most hopefuls who Iassume do not have trust funds.

Although Towson has very good G/R rates as per (collegescorecardmed.gov), have you considered the CC route for your prerequisites?

Based on the tone of you post though, patience does not seem to be your strong suit.

Since Towson charges 16K plus per year, which is relatively cheap for a good school that actually can claim graduates at a worthwhile level, you could cut your overall layout enormously by becoming an RN without the burden of having to service ex post fact a Wall Street slob's cocaine habit.
