Nursing Students School Programs

I have finally gotten everything situated with my classes and GPA to FINALLYYYY apply! I am sending in my application this week, just finished up my chem class with a B thank god. I have a 3.0 GPA for my prerequisites and about 60 to 63 points. What do you think my chances are for getting in? When I talked to my advisor she said if I got a B in chem then I should have no problem but my worrying self doesn't want to wait that long to see. And how long did it take for a response. Application deadline is August 15th. Any helpful advise would be appreciated!!

@tiffaniebush, I just sent you an email right now! Thank you!

Hey all! I am a 5th semester nursing student. I've been in the program 2.5 years so take it from me and trust me when I tell you to RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM AS YOU CAN! This nursing program has been on a continuous downward spiral. The MSU nursing program is currently under warning by the Tx BON. If 80% of my class doesn't pass NCLEX on the 1st try the program will be shut down. I know people who have failed a class by 0.5-2points!!! We do not receive adequate resources needed to be successful. Professors are rude, discouraging and unhelpful. MSU only cares about their rankings and money. I really don't want any student to have to go through what myself and my classmates have went through, PLEASE consider another program!

I have been told that by so many different nursing students and if it wasn't local for me I would definitely consider something else I actually applied at other schools but the reality of me upping moving is just not considerable right now
