The College Network is NOT a school or a educational program at all.

There are several threads here on TCN; below is a cautionary tale of one members ordeal with TCN:

In short: a waste of good money. If you feel you must get their study guides, then you can buy them on ebay, etc. for $15-$20 apiece, instead of being stuck with a binding contract for thousands of dollars. Go directly to the Excelsior College website and see how you can "do the program" without paying thousands of dollars to a publishing company. Good luck.

The college network is neither a school nor a nursing program. It is an expensive publishing company neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Excelsior College. They are not qualified to advise you on admissions or academics. They cannot guarantee your admission to Excelsior nor can they guarantee that their "advisers" will steer you in the right direction with pre-requisites or other requirements. They are currently being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission. Since they are unaffiliated there is no guarantee that their study guides/learning modules accurately reflect the content of the challenge exams or courses offered by Excelsior College. Only the exam content guides (for nursing exams only available to currently enrolled students) are an accurate source of information to prepare for the challenge exams.

Most efficient and effective is to contact admissions at Excelsior College and review your options directly with the source. This will give you not only accurate information but save you thousands of dollars in the long run.
