Oh the joy of papers...Need help with topic..

okey dokey....

My topic is stereotyping and stigma based on culture (as it relates to nursing of course) but I have to narrow this down to some sort of "research question". So anyways, does anyone have any ideas for a more narrow question based on the given topic. I am supposed to have an outline in by Thursday. Eek. All help is appreciated! Thanks

...bisexual health care and STDs, how it affects reporting of STDs, ie, a woman who is bisexual, how does she go about telling her sexual partners of their possible exposure to her STD?

Something along the lines of responses of pregnant teenagers to prenatal counseling re hlth practices, i.e. nutrition, rest, sexual activity, birth control and STD prevention, etc.

How about something related to pain management as it relates to different cultures. Some stereotypes from postpartum come to mind. Hispanic and Asian women tend to be more stoic about their pain. Does this mean they are offered pain meds less often. Are they, perhaps, not medicated at all if they don't ask. Does this mean they don't have pain or just that they suffer in silence.
