Solid white, non-athletic, lace-up shoes?

I know there are already a lot of threads asking about the "best shoe". I have looked at several of them and can not find what I am looking for. I am beginning nursing school in 2 weeks. I am in search of solid white, non-athletic, lace-up shoes. My school requirements are:

1) COMPLETELY White - No color allowed on sole, stitching, logos, etc. (the signature blue heart on Nurse Mates brand is allowed)

2) Shoes must be a full shoe with a back (no clogs)

3) No holes (example: Crocs)

4) Tennis shoes and sneakers are not allowed.

I know a LOT of people recommend Dansko's for nursing shoes, however I am one of the few who do not like Dansko's. I don't like the full clog as I have a really narrow ankle and a high arch and they never fit me right.

So, does anyone have a non-athletic, lace-up suggestion? Thank you in advance.

You're gonna want to stay away from lace-ups. You want something that can be cleaned easily and effectively with the sanitizing wipes- top and bottom. You're gonna want a material that is moisture resistant- you'd be surprised how fast a pt can cover your shoes with all kinds of soaking stuff in an instant. White shoes? Really, still?

Kmart sells cobbie cuddlers with the memory foam. I have a pair and boy they are comfy.

I used to wear all white sketchers from Walmart... and all black... same make/model, just different colors for different jobs. Very comfy.

I second the Skechers with the no slip sole. They are very comfortable. The black ones are hard to find because they are so popular with kitchen workers.

SAS has a shoe FREETIME which may meet your requirements.

Try keds in wide. Maybe get a half size bigger and put some inserts in them for added comfort.

I believe you can also get sperries in solid white.
