I would want to know my fellow nurse's experiences as I would want to avoid them for myself so that I didn't make a mistake; and so I want to relate my story with this company. I bought a number of items on 10/13 and spent $135. A week later, the items arrived. The $89 pair of shoes were too small and tight. The pants marked medium must have been a junior medium because I couldn't get them on and all my other scrubs
are mediums. The problem was that I wore the shoes to Target and back only to realize just how uncomfortable they were from the size issue. So I called the company. Lo and behold. Scrubs and Beyond has a policy of no return on items that have been used. If I had known that, I would never have purchased these from them. I had to go through a grueling three days as they made a decision to return them or not. In the end, they decided to let me return them. I sent them back to the company on October 28. Here we are at November 6th, nearly a month after my original purchase and they still have not returned my money. Last time I checked they claimed that they hadn't gotten my shoes back yet.
If I had bought the shoes from someone reputable, I would not be in this boat. It has been a very expensive mistake. I just think that others should be warned that this company is well aware of the fact that nurses make money and so they are taking advantage of the fact that most nurses would take the fall. Well I for one am not going to take it.
