Dickies Uniforms-Where have they gone?

There seems to be a shortage of Dickies uniforms. The only explanation I get is something about them changing their distribution channel. Does anyone know where there is still a good supply?

I read a post stating they were going out of business, bankruptcy, but don't know if that is true.

BUMMER!! I like their six pocket cargo pants. Do you guys know of another brand that has six pocket cargos?

I don't know where your located but, in work N gear in nj they have a whole bunch... i was just there last week! I know they have a website that you can order stuff online

I personally love their cargo pants as well, and what originally got me to buy their scrubs was the pen pockets on the sleeves. It just made sense.

I buy mine at dickies direct. Just Dickies.com - Quality Workwear Since 1922, and in NV they have a dickies store so its easy but their website has their cargo pant for $14.99, which is just as good as I found anywhere else.

I just ordered pants and a jacket from Lydias.com. Cargo pants 13.99 Jacket 16.99... They seem to have plenty.

"dickies medical" was a private label brand manufactured by selecta corporation. selecta has recently closed their doors. the private label brand license has been awarded to strategic partners and new products from them (not the old ones from selecta) should be available in fall 2010.

the 6-pocket pants that were getting hard to find are now gone from dickies.com. they may not be back from the new company, due to ownership of design and other issues, find them where you can.

Same here... The petite flare pants fit me perfect.

I don't even want to imagine what I would look like in cargo pants.

Yes, bought out by Cherokee. Maybe the sizes will finally run normally. As much as I liked Dickies, I could never understand why 2 different styles in the same size would have such a big size difference.
