Would love some feedback on my resume'! - Page 2

Update!! First, thanks for all the feedback. I actually got hired at a LTC facility but only as PRN and EOW. I haven't had a chance yet to revise my resume' but I am going to work on it because I'm still looking for a full time position. Thanks Again!!
