A few questions:
Should i include my 3 letters of reference along with resume and cover letter, when i apply to a facility,
just bring them to interview?
If a facility has an online "apply here" thing, as well as the mailing address,
--------i should only apply online, or, is a paper form (either snail mail, or hand-delivered) better? I should NOT do both
okay, i guess that's all my questions so far. THANK YOU to anyone who shares their knowledge with me. Thank you.

Resume paper can be found at Walmart as well the standard office supply stores and is a heavier card stock with a watermark. Be sure that when you use resume paper, the print of the resume is oriented the same as the lettering of the watermark. Resume paper is considered old school by some but sets your resume apart and demonstrates an attention to detail. There are matching envelopes that I use for my resume and cover letter. Hope that helps.
