If we graduated from EC years ago and have a license in a compact state ( eNLC ), can we practice in Georgia now? Not get a license in GA, just practice there. I hear and see on their website that in January 2018 they become a compact state.

If you are licensed in one of the eNLC states after it is implemented, and your license grants you multi-state privileges, then you should be able to practice in GA using your eNLC license.

Bear in mind that if you relocate from the eNLC state that license either reverts to a single-state license or is placed inactive, depending on whether the state you relocate to is a member of the eNLC. It also remains to be seen how this will affect licensure by endorsement for EC grads.

Yep, you should be able to work here on another eNLC license as long as you maintain primary residence in that other state.

I finally got my response that I can work there. Since I live right on the border it should be all good.
