Hey guys, i was very curious to know if chamberlain credits transfer to other universities? and if they do, then is there anyone out there that has got their bsn from chamberlain, and applied for crna and gotten in? I took the Adn route, and im currently attending hondros, and i may transfer my adn to chamberlain and finish off my bsn there. Is it possible to get my crna with the bsn from chamberlain? chamberlain is both nlnac, and ccne accredited. Is that accreditation all that matters? or does the university have to be prestigious?

do you guys have any advice as to what i can do then after i get my adn from hondros? or even if i get my lpn from hondros, what can i do then, to get my rn, and then bsn? any advice?

Anyone that did do the chamberlain rn-bsn program, did you guys have any luck in getting into a graduate program?

hey lunah, did you have any luck in getting into a msn program with the bsn from chamberlain? how did the credits transfer over?

I'm pretty sure that CHamberlain has a MSN program, so if all you are worried about is getting a normal MSN, then you could get that from Chamberlain also (correct me if I am wrong). If you want to be a CRNA, that is another thing and you are probably going to have to call around. Most of them say on their websites that they require the BSN to be from accredited schools, which Chamberlain is.

how do you feel about the following option: if i were to get my adn from hondros and went on to get my bsn from indiana wesleyan? they seem better than chamberlain, no offense to anyone that is going to chamberlain, i just want the best option for me. Your thoughts?

If anyone has thoughts on hondros to indiana wesleyan, or just indiana wesleyan please let me know.

I would inquire ahead of time with any college being considered for transfer. Get the answers in writing.

I emailed one of the best schools in my area about if they accept BSNS from Chamberlain for the nurse practitioner program and they said if the program is accredited (which Chamberlain is), they will accept it.

hi!

I've gotten accepted to the Chamberlain College of nursing in Houston,TX for January 2013; since I am aiming to get my CRNA's I am worried if after i finished here at chamberlain I wont be able to transfer to another school..

Has anyone had issues transfering chamberlain credits to another state university?

What are you thoughts on chamberlain..

Does anyone know, If I could transfer my credits from chamberlain college of nursing to other universities? I have been there almost 1 year and half and finally terminated because I got 2 "F"s from two clinical classes.

Help me out please. I feel like there is nothing I could do in the world besides graduating from nursing school. I'm lost and frustrated.

Most schools do not accept credits that are part of a noncompleted nursing program. Your English and Chemistry might be accepted as general ed courses, but Nursing 101 and 102 that you passed most likely would not. You need to start over with a new program.

i am currently looking to enroll to chamberlain and have a whole year and a half under my belt of nursing curriculum classes; i had to drop out of my college because they were being unfair when i was sick; i have a 3.8 and I was in the 300 and 400 level courses; many suggestions? i want to know if chamberlain accept nursing credits to tranfer over and how many they can accept?

Only Chamberlain can answer that question after reviewing your transcripts. You should contact them for assistance, they may be able to do a preliminary review based on unofficial transcripts if you have them.
