declaratory order form : HELP!

Nurses Criminal

Published

hi everyone-

this is my first time posting on here so bear with me! as you see; i am looking for some advice, tips, some uplifting words, ect. about filing a declaratory order form with the texas board of nursing.

just a little background information:

  • i graduated with a bsn in may, so all i want is to get the nclex out of the way so that i can practice.
  • i did get arrested for a dui but instead got charged with reckless driving and probation and this is why i had to file a declaratory order form with the board of nursing.

i submitted my paper application and fingerprints to the board of nursing some time in march and received confirmation in may from the fingerprinting department that they did, in fact, receive everything and that i should give them 10-15 days for processing and that it will be placed in review.

and as you all know, it is june and i still haven't heard anything from the board of nursing.

does anyone know anything about this process or any contact information for someone at the texas board of nursing so that i can at least know my status?

Why not look on the TX BON site and just call them directly? I don't know that anyone here is going to hand out names and numbers.

I Googled the site and found the general number under "contact the Board".
