I "Settled" with the BVNPT in California. I believe this may have been the worst mistake I've ever made. My attorney spent 14 hours on my very complex case, recommended I "settle" basically because I was out of money, after a criminal case (dismissed) and a wrongful termination arbitration that I "won" after more than 4 years. An anonymous complaint was sent to the board. Is there anyone out there I can talk to about this? I'm ready to check out. I didn't realize this would be such a shaming exercise. :crying2:

I am so sorry for this problem. We really can't provide any info as we are not educated in this area. My advice would be to get a second opinion from another attorney. I wish you the best.
