    I am glad someone said this! We all have things which we need to improve. The technical term for these things are 'weaknesses.' I have yet to meet a nurse (or anyone!) that does not have a weakness, no matter how small.

    I do like the advice to frame it in terms of of what you need to improve about yourself.
