If any of you works or knows about this, how much do they pay newly grad RNs? And how does employment application go about? Please share. Thanks! :D

i was a previous employee of The Medical City from '05-'07.. .

i received 8K during the first few months and went up to 10K.

the hiring processing during my time was quite a bit fast compared now.

TMC is able to accumulate boxes of applicants credentias everyday , i just wanna share my knowledge about why TMC is not contacting us, ive read an article regarding a number of nursing applicant here in Manila, it was 30/day:uhoh21:

so the HR is definitely gonna have some problem choosing ryt...wat they do is like wat they do with choosing a LOTTO winner... another thing is tis, they prioritize NCLEX passer, they have an agency named Rochart if i am not mistaken, with tis i am planning to take the NCLEX hehe:clown:

i hope tis made sense:bugeyes:

TMC prioritize nclex passers?.. .as long as i can remember, they don't do this.:nono: That's why applicants in TMC don't usually share during interviews that they passed for they may lose the local job.This is based from my experience.please support your answer.where did you got the idea? any reliable information? and Rochart?.. .they aren't tied up.:no:

theres a lot of changes in TMC now...to support tis...a friend told me about tis and another collegeu who told me about numbers of accumulated boxes...(why dont you do the math)

im here to ease the question on why they arent replying...thats all...:D

This is what is posted on the drop-box just outside the employees' entrance (Podium Bldg of Medical City)..

Steps for Application:

1. Drop your document in this box. your documents must be placed inside a short brown envelope.

2.The Medical City Personnel Management Department will email/call you after a day to acknowledge your application and provide you with the next step in the process.

You can drop the following documents in the box:

resume

2x2 pic

diploma

TOR

Board rating (if applicable)

License card (if applicable)

Marriage contract (if applicable)

Birth certificate

NBI clearance

Police clearance

Residence certificate

*submit photocopies only and bring originals during interview

By the way, i heard that they don't accept applicants who have relatives already working in TMC...

i've submitted my requirements to TMC last september, but at that time my requirements was still incomplete.. should i submit a new complete set? thanks
