I called the training dept yesterday morning. the girl i was able to talked to said that they haven't started screening yet.

well maybe they really don't for people who doesn't have any "assistance" from the inside. good luck guys

hmm.. why don't you call the training department. We have CETN trainees on the floor. In fact, I'm handling some of them...

there's no hurt in trying to call them, what hurts is when they just simply tell you that they haven't started screening again for the program. it just makes me think if they really haven't yet, or they just picked the applicants they wanted to screen.

i just want to make sure that they are indeed accepting applicants before I go to manila and pass the requirements.. i am from the visayas and it would be a waste of time and money if i go there for nothing. anyway, does the Philippine Heart Center also offers training for nurses like that of the lung center of the Philippines?

There are still pending applications from the previous applicants so one should not expect too much that they'll be interviewed immediately. And to think they have their own graduates that they prioritize.. You know what I mean...

i know.. but the fact that they will still accept applications (which i hope they still do) rather than not accepting applications at all is good enough for me. i hope to pass my requirements after my training here in cebu city.. im really interested to undergo such training as it is one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country.

why will you go to manila where you can see some prestigious hospital here in cebu like the cebu doctors hopsital and the chong hua hospital which i heard aspiring for the JCAHO accreditation. it is indeed more hard to lurk for job in manila with lots of nurses to compete with. goodluck!

What the newest scam is in Philippines Hospitals

One signs a 6 month contract to do volunter work, and after your 6 months is up they will give you a certificate.

I would assume they are doing something similiar to this.
