Continuing education courses for RPNs in Toronto, ON?

World Canada

Published

Hi, I am a recent PN graduate from George Brown College of Toronto, ON and I recently ( about a week ago) found out that I have passed my licensing exam on the first try, and so I am really happy about that. I am now in the process of writing my resume and hopefully becoming employed soon. I let my aunt have a look on my resume and she is a very experienced RN. She suggested that I take a few courses to get some extra certifications in areas such as wound care, pain management, diabetic care, etc. since these would look very good on my resume to any potential employer. My question is, where can I go or what can I do in order to enroll in such courses? How long are they and what are the fees? I am also open to e-learning courses if any are available!
