Mayo Clinic had a relatively long hiring freeze and now is hiring! I was hired last month as a new grad RN, BSN and will be relocating. Very competitive salary.
Good luck!

Did you have your MN license before applying?

Oh, I'm jealous! Too late for me.
No, I am a new grad that was licensed in another state but not licensed in MN. I applied for my license only after receiving an offer. Before my interview, I did however research MN licensing so I could honestly tell my interviewer, if they asked, that I had looked into the process.

Starting as a new grad, base pay is between $30-32/hr plus shift differentials. In addition, Rochester MN has a relatively low cost of living.
FYI: Getting my MN nursing license took literally 3 business days.
