Lack of decent paying RN jobs in Wilmington, NC

I am an RN wit 4 years of experience, both med surg and psychiatric, and have been unable to find a job in the last 5 months. I live in Wilmington, NC and it seems like there aren't many job openings here. Just wondering if any other nurses here are having the same problem or have any advice. Thanks!

I guess you must have just missed the hiring wave or something. I remember in either the May or June edition of the NC BON magazine; NHRMC was offering a $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced nurses. I guess they are finished with that. :(
