have an lpn licensure and was looking to relocate to florida. where do i start the process and do i have to take the nclex over??

you need to go to the florida bon website and look for forms for endorsing license from one state to another. as long as you meet their requirements you shouldn't have any issues

NCLEX is a one-time deal, you won't have to take it over.
