by almostnewgrad12 Jul 14, '12Is anybody else looking to apply to Piedmont Hospital's RN Residency Program but unable to find the application posting? I received an email from them last week stating the application be posted on July 13th as "RN Residency Program." It also states on their website that they will be accepting applications from July 13-July 23. I don't know if I'm missing it on the job postings or if they just haven't posted it yet. Is anybody else having this same problem?

- Jul 15, '12 by almostnewgrad12I have heard about the 2 year contract. I haven't heard anything about how much it costs to break it. I do know that other hospitals allow you to break a contract if you pay them back. That would not be very fun if someone got fired and then had to pay that...
I really wish they would post this application like they said they would. - Jul 15, '12 by MariahCareyizQUEEN!The mere fact of a two year contract lingering over my head detours me away from a hospital. Especially into a career you know nothing about....some people start a career and after working realize that its not for them ......
- Jul 15, '12 by almostnewgrad12Very true, but I'm finding most hospitals in Atlanta right now will mostly only hire new grads into their residency programs. Most of them require a 2 year contract. Some even require a 3 year contract.
