Look outside of the hospital world, and have someone evaluate your resume.

Thank you for replying.

Yes, I am currently looking at clinics, nursing homes... but it's still a no from them.. where can I go if I want to get my resume evaluated?

If your school has a career services office. Or you can post it on AN and ask for feedback.

I'm an international graduate... and unfortunately my college doesn't do that.. what's AN?

Specializes in retired LTC.

AN = All Nurses (this website)

Your resume...you can post it here and ask for feedback. There are also websites that will build a resume for you, a quick google search will yield those results.

Perhaps apply at one of your clinical sites? If you did a good job during clinicals as a student nurse, the manager may remember you and you could inquire about positions with him/her.
