Ruth Valentine, who is six months pregnant, has called more than 50 doctors and still can't find a Las Vegas physician to deliver her baby in April. frightening isn't it? there WILL Have to be reforms in malpractice legislation and caps on "pain and suffering" suits, or else this problem is due to spread nationwide, in states where NO such reforms have been passed. truly sad.
