Hey everyone, specifically my fellow hpmp'ers. Does anyone know what's going on with our monitoring program? It seems I can never talk to a real person there these days, and mailboxes are full. Has anyone else had this issue? I am sure they are just busy, but the last couple weeks have been really weird not being able to get ahold of anyone. Just thought I would see if anyone else has had this problem lately. Hope this finds everyone well.

Yes! All the time, and when you do talk to someone it feels like you have to start from the beginning because they forgot what they were suppose to be staffing for you! Heh.. But god bless them if it wasn't for them we would be in a whole not her situation.

A fellow HPMP member! Awesome! I've never had much trouble getting hold of my case manager--we occasionally play a short game of phone tag, but usually she gets right back to me. Maybe the people there have been going on vacation--you know, before school starts up again? Anyway, sorry you're having a hard time--hope it gets better!

Ahhhh HPMP...my case manager is actually excellent about this. She usually answers when I call and if for some reason she doesn't, she calls me back the same day. I've heard I'm lucky in this regard, but my case manager is actually a veryyyy not nice person and has left me in tears feeling like poo on a shoe many times. But at least she does it promptly hahaha!

I think you and I have the same case manager... ;-) I can really relate. To the OP- I've heard a lot about case managers not always calling back. Some case managers have assistants... It could be helpful to ask for an assistant.

If we do I'm so sorry for you lol! I've actually not met anyone yet who has the pleasure of having this one too. Everyone's always talking about how nice and supportive their CM is to them and I'm so jealous because that has not been my experience at all! With my CM, HPMP is most definitely feeling quite punitive
