    I would recommend the livescan vendor because they do have guides/steps in their website. They will be uploading it to FBI and ISP's database.

    Hi I would like to ask about the finger print card. Finally I have received it but I don't know what is the next step. I live currently in the states, can I go to any police station and they will do it for me and when it finishes where I should send it to ISP!

    Individuals applying for licensure for professions that require fingerprints must submit to a criminal
    background check and provide evidence of fingerprint processing from the Illinois State Police (ISP), or a
    fingerprint vendor approved by ISP or the Department. Fingerprints must be taken within 60 days
    from the date that the application is submitted to the Department or the Department’s testing
    vendor.
    Certifying Statement of Fingerprint Submission Form (FP), or a receipt issued by an approved fingerprint
    vendor must be submitted with the application and fee. The receipt shall be issued by the vendor at the
    time that fingerprints are obtained.
    Applicants may contact an approved fingerprint vendor to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting.
    The ISP will transmit electronic results of fingerprint processing to the Department.
     Out-of-State applicants who are unable to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting through an
    approved fingerprint vendor must obtain one (1) Illinois State Police (ISP) fingerprint card for
    processing by the ISP. The ISP will transmit electronic results of fingerprint processing to the
    Department. To obtain a fingerprint card, please contact the Department at 217-782-8556 or send
    an email request on your profession page of the Department website at www.idfpr.com.The fingerprint
    card may be taken to a police department in another state to obtain classifiable prints. The fingerprint
    card and processing fee shall then be mailed to ISP as follows:

    -- Illinois State Police
    Bureau of Identification
    260 North Chicago Street
    Joliet, Illinois 60432-4075

    Do I need to fill out the FP form if I am out if state and have the finger print card from ICP

    Yes , you will need to fingerprinted and sent that form to ISP & this will charge you like around $34 change , other wise if you live near to Illinois state you can go to approved live scan vendor , for this you do not need finger print card just make a appointment with them , they will scan your finger prints and give a form for proof ,and they will do the remaining process , the finger print just valid for 60-90 days according their policies . This will charge around $60.

    Please refer to page 4 of the application packet.

    Yes, you need to be licensed in the country where you studied.

    I did not get you yasmine , if you are asking about nclex rn examination - look into below link http://www.idfpr.com/Renewals/apply/forms/rn-en.pdf
    You will need to fill the instruction sheet(examination part ) attach criminal back ground from which you will get from your city police station , then send this to board of nursing , and mail your finger print card to ISP or any live scan vender , they will send your finger print result to board of nursing if everything ok with your form and finger prints then they will send you ATT by mail . And your finger print results are valid for 3 years .
