OSCE for nursing

Hello IEN's!

Have you received your OSCE result? I am one of those who took the pioneering exam. I have heard nobody successfully passed the exam with no identified competency gaps. Is this true? I have the information that the gaps have to be addressed in the university level. Anybody out there who is on the same boat as mine? Please be informed that the Fairness Commissioner is holding a meeting for IEN this Aug. 8 to hear our experience in the registration process. It would really be helpful if more IEN would be around to express their concerns.

Hi hidee, I'm trying to send you a pm but unable to do so. I just want to ask about the exam. Is it really that difficult? From 1 to 10, 10 as the most difficult, how was it? I don't want to ask you the content or sample questions, but rather the overall rating of how difficult it is. I heard that majority fail and found to have competency gaps. I will be taking OSCE on November 22. I'm a bit nervous though. Sigh....

Don't stress yourself not too difficult as what we think .only problem is time , because they give us alloted time.

So be calm and concentrate and just focus on situation..good luck

Good to hear. Thank you very much! I feel better now. I just wonder why alot of IEN are required to undergo additional university course. After 2 months, you got the result that you need additional course right? Is the letter from CNO or CEHPEA?

Hi Colleagues, I am an IEN practtising in Geramany .CEPHEA asked me to fill in the online forms for registration, there is a column for education where I was asked to scan my document. My question is, do I only have to send them my nursing transcript or I can add any Degree programme I have acquired in addition to my nursing programm. Do i need to send them also my high school certificates which enable me to Pursue the nursing programme. Please I need your expert advice before I scan them my documents. Any help would much appreciated. Especially those of you who have already taken the OSCE.
