NNAS- Trouble with sending documents

Hi All,

I've been going through a long process with the NNAS.

I've sent my "Professional School Documents" twice, and they continue to say they havent received them, but everything else is there...

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

If so- what was your solution, or, does anyone have suggestions as to what I should do differently? Or do I just send again and hope for the best?

I wasn't aware that NNAS accepted supporting documents from the applicant, only from the school/regulatory body. Have you sent your documents with a "signature required" sticker on it? By doing that you have a way to track your mailings. It costs a bit more but it gives you proof of delivery.
