Meeting APHRA requirements as an International Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia

Hi everyone,

I am in the initial process of the applying as a registered nurse in Australia. I am currently working in Saudi Arabia and I have been registered as a Nurse Technician in the Saudi Council.

My questions are:

1. Does Australia accept a registered Nurse Technician? Or do I have to upgrade my title to a Nurse Specialist?

2. Do they accept the Certificate of Good Standing that says it was electronically sent? i received my Certificate of Good Standing from the Saudi Council by email and below it, it says that it was only valid if viewed or downloaded from the link they provided. Did others receive the same certificate?

Good Day! Sorry if I would be asking question that were previously posted and had answer already. I just recently passed the PTE academic exam and want to start applying for the APHRA , can somebody help me direct what the things I need to secure in Nursing Registration Authority, School, Employment Cert, Police clearance, ? I'm quite confuse whether shall I submit first the aphra application form then the rest will follow? Currently I'm working here in Singapore as staff nurse and wanted to transfer to Australia before my contract expire next year. I want things to be done asap as time is precious hehe.. hoping for a response to my queries.

hello how's your application going on? have you requested the required documents from your school and current hospital you are working at also to SNB? i am also working here in Singapore and processing my application to APHRA. hope we can help each other
