hi! everyone please help me find states where i could apply my nclex the easiest and fastest way.is guam considered? thank u in advance.

Every State has its own Board of Nursing, and every BoN has its own list of requirements. You would need to take a look at the websites for the States you are interested in moving to (and therefore hope to gain licensure in) and go from there.

"Fast and Easy" aren't two words that come naturally when one is talking about applying for a license as a foreign graduate.

As for the NCLEX itself, it is the same exam regardless of where you take it. You will be eligible to take it once you have met the requirements of whatever State you are seeking to get a license.

Most states require the same thing. Some form of assessment of your transcripts and most acceptable services have the same or similar time frame which is 3-6 months depending on how timely documents are sent to the agency. A few states like CA do their own assessment and NY requires CVS from CGFNS which means CGFNS are required to send for all documentation and they are more 6-8 months

You don't apply for the NCLEX. You apply for a nursing license by examination as an IEN. The NCLEX is but one step in the process. You are not eligible to schedule/take the NCLEX until your education and credentials are deemed to meet the minimum requirements set forth by the state BoN.

Many states have already implemented the federal mandate that a professional license is only to be issued those with a valid SSN. (Citizen, legal permanent resident or valid work visa) some states like CA won't accept an application without valid SSN. Other states like FL won't issue the license until you provide a valid SSN.

It's a waste of time & money to apply for a license in a state where you have no intention to live and work.

Choose the state you wanna work. Check their website and read carefully all the details. Each states has their requirement. You can try NY, TX and HI ;)
