I am a RN in China.I would like to become a RN in NY.How to apply ?What I need to do?How long does it take ?

Moved to the Nurse Registration forum

As per the NY BON website you as a International trained nurse will have to go through CVS with CGFNS and look on a processing time of 6-8 months before submitting actual application to NY BON so they can review your CVS report.

If not already in the US and if not already with immigrant visa my suggestion would be look at the state you want to live and work, if not NY, and meet their requirements for International trained
