same rebuttals.

and back to being ineligible.

HOPELESS case. its a dead end.

believe me I have done everything, and right now Im just applying at Nevada. Im done with California, too much stress and hassle. I have always had problems from the start with them. They're too strict now.

Starleviosa..did your school also send a justification letter explaining why your cases are dated the way they are??? and your analyst still denied you eligibility?..this is very discouraging news =0(.

Yes, my school explained everything. And my analyst was firm with the decision. Im done with it. Its just too much, it will stress you out. Let's go to Nevada. They have cgfns, it has less strict credential evaluation that dont ask for all these crap. I graduated from a nursing school which has been up for years now and has a good reputation in the Philippines. And its really very frustrating that all of the graduates in my school were able to get the exam and I cant? Bu lls hit! I hope I graduated last year so that I wouldnt have to undergo all this new requirements, but well there's nothing I can do about it now. I can't sulk.

My plan is to apply for licensure in another state then move back to Ca after a year too based on licsensure by endorsement. Sound like a good plan right? :)

You guys, California is hopeless. You guys gotta believe me, I've spent so much money for fedex for the mail to submit requirements and mail from school with explanations blah blah. I have a very big file with correspondence with BRN. haha. :) It's a dead end. It will burn you out. There are so many states out there.

im thinking to have a back up plan just in case they will not make me eligible after submitting my requirements.. i dont know where to start... want to try LVN.... and try to apply to another states like nevada as u mentioned.. can u pls tell me what u did step by step in ur application??? i went to the site but little confused about the process.. so after filling up the application form and money order u will work on the live scan??? then how about school credentials?? do we have to call cali board and transfer them all the requirements have been submitted???

Not really, when you endorse to California, they will ask require you to submit the same things, you will basically continue where you left off.

i got my reply from the boards today and they want an explanation from my school why my 101 clinical cases where completed during 103 and 104.

hi bsnjojo!

did your school already sent an explanation why your 101 clinical cases were completed during 103 & 104?

what was your evaluator says about the letter from your school?

hi stacey, i mailed clinical cases last nov 17 and got their reply yesterday dec 9. the clinical cases that i submitted are copies of the original documents and have all the signatures that your going to submit to the prc if your going to take the local boards in the philippines.

did you also receive an additional requirement from the brn? was it the copy of your clinical rotation schedule for 5 cases only: assisted/actual deliveries, cord dressing & major/minor surgeries. they're also requiring me to submit that. you said that you mailed them the ones that you submitted to the prc, the prc cases. coz i'm also thinking if they are asking for that one. but i have read other threads that it should be from the school & not that prc cases.

what reply did your get from your evaluator re prc cases?

are your prc cases concurrent w/your theories?
