You see this is happening to strengthen their policy ensure better nursing practice. Like in the Philippines, they pass law on congress for tougher policy on kurakots. Same as here. They monitor US schools who under perform & close them down. In the Philippines ofcourse, they cannot monitor it because it's overseas & that's not their problem anymore. That's Philippine problem not american taxpayer here. That's why the requirements are much more to prove that it is legitimitate, etc... They all know about the nag sulputang nursing schools there.
