Priority is resident first like in the Philippines you hire our kababayans first before foreigners. You don't hire somebody from the outside & leave unemployed US legal residence hanging. Masmadaming problems if that;'s the case. Why don't you apply in Middle East or Japan or somewhere else. You'll be waiting many many years but no guarantee if you can migrate. Maybe by the time you can migrate you'll be senior citizen already & cannot work anymore. Try also in our country like cebu, mindanao. You will help our fellow kababayans.

Yeah, you can apply to multiple state all at once. But for sure, it will be the same as california requirements. You see this is happening to strengthen their policy ensure better nursing practice. Like in the Philippines, they pass law on congress for tougher policy on kurakots. Same as here. They monitor US schools who under perform & close them down. In the Philippines ofcourse, they cannot monitor it because it's overseas & that's not their problem anymore. That's Philippine problem not american taxpayer here. Hello Kabayan. There is such a thing "SSN not valid to work". Not valid to work is stamped on the card. So you are working with an SSN not valid to work? Did you personally apply for SSN in the office? They mail you the SSN card in 4-6 wks.
