About Cgfns cvs for ny nclex, i need help :)

Hi everyone, im thina, a registered nurse here in Philippines and i just started to apply for cgfns cvs for ny nclex. I am actually confused on the process. I applied thru cgfns connect, printed the documents, paid via credit card. Now, my school sent my transcript already. I had my application notarized. I sent via mail the payment voucher at the mailing address found at the header part of the document. Now, i dont know what will i do with my application form coz i tried to send via LBC my application for but they told me they cannot send it coz of the the mailing address it is in a PO box. Will i send it to tptheir PO box mailing address? Where can i send my document? Also regarding my license verification do i need to go to PRC for them to send my authetication of my license? Please help me. Thank you.

I sent my documents thru post office. And my cgfns received it. Just allow approx. 1-2 weeks then check it online.

Frolivera also, send your notarized attestation and signed authorized prc together to Their PO box address. Then your school should process the tor they already know what to do about it. If not you have to request certified true copy of your tor then attach the cgfns form then send it together with your attestation and signed authorized prc as well.

omg i already sent it to the physical address aiaa told.

I just told my relative in Philippines to send it to these address. I hope i will not repeat the process again. And when i called the PRC they told me they havent received the request letter from the CGFNS. Its been 6 months of waiting and I am starting to get paranoid. My file is ready for submission by CGFNS to the NY BON without them receiving my transcript and license validation. Iam doing the last minute option now which is I sending the the transcript and the calling the PRC to speed up the process. I really appreciate your help. thank you.pls reply.

hi aiaa! i would like to ask you because i live too in USA, I am worried because when i called the PRC if they receive a request for validation of license from CGFNS they told me they haven't receive any. It's been six months of waiting. when I called the CGFNS they told me not to interfere with the process.please advise me on what step to do. because I'm worried that my application will expire and i have to repeat the process again and pay for it.

Hello!

Regarding your application for CVS It's office to office transaction to check the authenticity of your documents, CVS-CGFNS will send letter to your school and PRC to collect your TOR and to validate your PRC license. All you have to do is to follow-up if they receive the letter and if they forwarded the request to them.

Regarding the P0 box address, yes DHL will not send documents via PO box, but they will convert the PO box to physical address so you can send it via DHL. Just ask them to use physical address instead of PO box. Usually they have record, specially if your in PRC Manila, the DHL there right in front of PRC they know what to do, unlike other DHL they will just tell they don't send P0 box and they dont have any idea that they can still send just use the physical address. CGFNS-CVS is strictly Office-to-Office .. in fact if they find out you got involved, they'll probably turn down your application.. that being said.. ALL CGFNS-CVS does is COLLECT PAPER from your school and PRC. Whatever they get at the end of 180 days, they will forward to the bon for evaluation..

My wife went thru the process as well and PRC is always a dead-end. Your 180 days will expire but the transcript should be received by cgfns and they can forward that to the bon. The BON will then tell you they need whatever else they need and have you contact your organization to send to BON directly or they'll say your education doesn't meet their criteria/etc..

bottom line: after 180 days, cgfns-cvs just sends whatever they get to COMPED and then it'll be evaluated. You will be contacted (by email prolly) telling you the results of the evaluation or if they need further things from you
