What I rely on daily are:
Pocket Medicine, UpToDate, Epocrates, and the Tarascon Hospital Medicine
And of course, my colleagues. They are invaluable and each has offered pearls, insights. Some even ask ME for guidance on some things. (which floored me.)
I wish I could edit the title to have others' recommendations added.
I hoped this would answer questions for new folks because when I searched this forum for such data, it was hard to find, if at all.

I wanted to add another: Qx calculate. Helps with several measures like PERC rule, CHADVASC, Wells score, etc.

Can't live without the EMRA antibiotic guide. I have the app also but, unless its just my lack of puter savvy, I think the actual pocket book is more comprehensive.
