1. State in which you practice

2. Kind of NP (FNP, ACNP...)

3. Starting salary/hourly rate

4. Ease with which you found a job

3. $90k with full benefits and 15% profit share (can very easily equal salary).

Just wonder if you did your preceptorship at a private clinic, or a non for profit hospital?
