Thanks to NICU

I would like to Thank all of you NICU Nurses. My little boy was born at 24 weeks gestation weighing 570 grams (1 lb. 4 oz.). His twin sister only lived 9 days. Now my little boy is 5 years old and has overcome so many hurdles. They told us he would never walk, talk, see, or hear. But he is doing all of those things. He is truly my miracle baby and it is all Thanks to you NICU nurses.

When people ask me how I can work in NICU I tell them about little miracles, like your son.

He is truely special to have overcome so much. And he's hansome to boot!

Wow- thank you for sharing your photo! I always wonder what happens to the babies that leave our care. I'm sorry about the loss of his sister.
