Why do schools make you wait so long?

Hello everyone,

I'm finally able to post, I've been reading posts for awhile, and just wanted to intoduce myself. I've been accepted to V.E.E.B for sept, and am waiting for a decision from L.I.C.H. school of nursing. So I'll definitely be somewhere come the beginning of the school year. I'm just frustrated with the waiting, waiting for test results, ...........then the interview.....................then the acceptance. I feel like LICH is making me wait just to mess with my brain:uhoh21: . Has anyone else felt this way? Thanks for taking the time to listen:balloons: .

Hi. Welcome to All Nurses! I hear from a lot of people on here how they have to wait so long for everything. Luckily with my school (or at least with me personally) there has been no waiting. I don't envy you!

Thanks, I see your name is cnm2b. You want to be a midwife? I do too. I want to actually open up a string of birthing centers. I don't meet many people who understand the beauty of natural births.

I wouldn't lump me in there with the natural births. I am a strong advocate for whatever the woman wants, not necessarily all natural. I'll support the laboring woman in her decisions! Good luck to you....you have HUGE goals!!! Great!
