Does anyone have any information on the nusing program at Touro College in Brooklyn. I am interested in applying, but would like some information about there curriculum, admission process and tuition.

i just got my acceptance letter to Touro late last night! i just got back from Jamaica for my best friends wedding and received the letter when i got home!

I am SO happy, it's been a really hard journey getting into a nursing program in NYC as many of you know.

I will be starting at Touro College on June 23rd.

I am so happy! now comes the real hard work. :uhoh21:

Congratulations to you lullaby!!

There are 2 girls working at Peninsula Hospital and just graduated from Touro's first RN class. I think only 13 of them graduated. You just have to think positive and study. Don't worry about who failed and why it didn't work for them. Just focus on doing your best!!

I think only 13 passed the Exam, and only 14 people took it!

Hey I'm a student at Touro College School of Nursing right now and I'm happy there. In my opinion I think the program is great and yes you can take your NCLEX when you graduate. And we are certified by the state check the NYS office of professions. The diversity is great there people from all different groups (hasidic, asian african american, spanish etc.) and lots of male nursing students too. The building is clean and neat. The classes are only like 24 people and you bond very fast with your classmates you all become a little family. YOU WILL WORK HARD FOR YOUR GRADE!!! Thats the truth. You really have to be on top of your work. I really don't advise touro for married or people with children, its way to intense to balance both in my opinion. The student to teacher rastio is great your professors actually know your names and work hard with you. The program is behind you 100% and gives all the resouces it can.. they make you ahve mandatory meetings with counselors just so they can be contact with you. You will never find that in a CUNY. Some people will talk about the negatives but it doesn't matter all schools have their negatives. Touro in my opinion will get you through school if you give it all you got and I really mean that. Utilize their resources and you will do well and shutup and study!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what hours are the nursing program. Is it Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm?

Are you studying your nursing degree at Touro Nevada?

Since you already started the program and clinicals, I would like to

know if what are the necessary things that I need to do to prepare myself,

I meant, what are the things that you can suggest? I will start my BSN Degree this coming

November and I would appreciate your advises.

hi ! I have a couple of questions , about Touro College ASN RN program , Maybe you can answer from a students prespective?

-I am looking to attend and sign up for the program for JUNE 13'

I yet still have to take the NLN exam , How was it ? What did you study that helped you best? Are you familiar with any tutors? I want to be as prepared as I can be,I am really looking forward to starting ASAP.How much did you study to pass the test ?

- Also, Are the credits really transferable to LIU BSN ... ? I am unsure of this and a bit scared !
