I wanted to know how hard it is to get into the program? whats the gpa they are looking for i know its 3.0 but what has everyone get accepted into? Please i need some feedback....

Hey, does anyone know when we register for classes? Congrats to all acceptees!

I called to find out and they told me I would be receiving a package in the mail and it would have an appointment to come in to register.

Congratulations to all that were accepted for the Fall 2014. I am looking forward to meeting you all and forming a close bond. I am excited to start this new journey.

Hey All! So I just came from my registration appointment and when I inquired about how long the program was, the woman told me "Three years." I have completed all of my science prerequisites and quite literally only have my nursing classes left to take. I was so shocked that 65 credits could take 3 years. At my other college, I would often take 17-21 credits/semester without an issue. I was under the impression that this could be completed in like 4 semesters (2 years). Does anyone know anything about this? I feel sort of like they were not up front about this - if it takes 3 years for the "accelerated program," it must really not be accelerated. I am a little upset at this point, too, because I did not save a seat anywhere else. I don't know how I feel about another 3 years for a second BS degree. How is it that CMSV and NYU can manage to do this in like 1.5 years? It's doable - I just don't know why Molloy isn't offering this. Anyone else running into this issue?

I applied for post master PMHNP program and after my interview, still was not sure, if Molloy is the best program for me...now I am looking for more loans and scholarships.. Molloy admission office is not connected to Molloy financial aid..

It easy to get scholarship to DNP, not to postmaster...

Any ideas/ suggestions??

1200$ for credit...is it really worth it?

Wow, that's awesome! Congratulations! That phone call was the best thing.

Hi guys do you know of any accelerated nursing school that do not required the GRE?

Hi guys do you know of any accelerated nursing school that do not required the GRE?

Every accelerated program I've looked into doesn't require the GRE. Adelphi, NYU, Stony Brook. Have you seen programs that do require it? I'm pretty certain the GRE is only for graduate schools (and I don't believe even advanced nursing programs require it). Some undergrad programs require TEAS, which is the only entrance exam I've seen any program ask for.

yes i just applied at NUY. have you ever taken the teas? if yes how is it? or any other entrance exam. thanks for your help

The TEAS wasn't bad. 2 English portions, 1 science, 1 math. I did really well. Though most schools I applied to don't require it. NYU being one that doesn't.

I've also taken the GMAT for business school in 2010. That was fine also.

i think you should also send your scores at NYU even though they dont ask for it, it makes your application stand more. i have a friend that is currently enrolling at NUY for the ABSN he took the GRE and send it to them. im praying that i get it and if not i will have to take a teas for the rest of the school i am applying to .
