I did this in June 2013. I finished my exam around noon, did the PVT around 3, (after telling myself I wouldn't) and got "the good pop up". I still wasn't completely reassured. What I did after this was stalk the nh license verification site . As soon as NH processes exams they assign a license number. I found out I officialy passed from this site, much quicker then the NCLEX site.

CA rarely posts after 48 hrs. If LVN you will wait 6-8 weeks for a pass/fail letter. Once you pass LVN you must pay BVNPT the licensing fee once that is processed your LVN license will be posted.

How about those didn't pass the exam? They can pay through right away? or they have to wait until when?

It would make sense that the pop up will show,

"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

Because the whole thing is still in progress regardless of you passing or not, I understand that it will not let you pay if you pass.

The questions is, after officially receiving the license, has anybody tried registering for the exam again just to make sure it will not go through because the system will not allow you to if you did pass (surely it will have some sort of algorithm for that, if that was truly the case)?
