    This is true, besides experiance it costs the hospital 50-100 grand to train new nurses and 0 to train experianced nurses. Want to guess where they going to make cuts in a ression and the depression O is creating?

    HOWEVER:
    A little known fact I was told is that they get reimbursed by the gov't!

    Still didn't hear any answers to pay rates in Vegas. There are loads of job openings on the net. My sister lives in vegas and we'd thought about moving there. I have experience in about every aspect of nursing at one time or another, but I don't want to end up jobless or at a nightclub waiting tables.

    if you got alot of nursing experience then you wouldnt have any prob like the newbies.
