Thanks a ton!!

I bought mine at Barns & Noble, but you could probably find it on Ebay.

There are two ISBN numbers listed:

ISBN-13: 978-1-4195-8244-8

ISBN-10: 1-4195-8244-5

Good luck

I did saunders, i never knew about kaplan, haha. i usually scored around 60-70% on my exams and quizzes. I find out friday if i passed. Good luck!

I hit 65% w/ kaplan. I was quite a bit nervous about it because the book suggested I review more. However, I nailed the NCLEX anyways. I honestly don't think the kaplan book was very much like the NCLEX. The kaplan book is like an orange and the NCLEX itself is like a kumquat. They're both orange and citrusy, but they just aren't quite the same. I did saunders and medspub too and nothing really compared to the NCLEX itself.

phippygrl-after searching around, i realized i do have that book! ncelx-rn 2007 by irwin & burckhardt! yeah, i liked how it was condensed. haven't begun the test at the back yet. what did the computer turn off at?

november 551-interesting analogy of the tests with fruits...did you use anything else besides the kaplan book for your studies?

thanks everyone! back to studying!

I got a 73 on my diagnostic, 71 on the readiness test. My Q bank is at 70 %. My Q trainers are all over the place.

Q trainer 1 84 %

O trainer 2 62 %

Q trainer 3 56 %

Q trainer 4 63 %

Q trainer 5 67%

Q trainer 6 66%

Q trainer 7 67%

I did 100 % of the Q bank-- read the entire Kaplan book that comes with the course. I would read a section and then answer that section of Q bank questions.

Oh and I also used Suzanne's plan-- took me some time because I wanted to follow the plan they way she said to.. But it was worth it.. I pushed my testing date way back when she allowed me to follow her plan.. The best decision I ever made.

Thanks for everyones posts. Helps me feel more confident that I may pass. I am taking nclex hopefully early october and using kaplan and saunders.

Congratulations for passing!

Please keep your posts coming!

Thanks again.

Im using Suzanne plan just starting to work on 2 step. Did you only use saunders or you used both saunders and kaplan. im trying to only sick with her plan ony though. What are your thoughts?

I used both Suzanne's plan and Kaplan. I had paid for Kaplan before I finished school so I went ahead and took it also. But most of my time was spent following Suzanne's plan. Then I did all my Kaplan stuff. I graduated in May and didn't feel ready until August after I finished everything. You will be fine. Suzanne has a great plan!

Question Trainer 1: 60%

Question Trainer 2: 63%

Question Trainer 3: 55%

Question Trainer 4: 56%
