pearsonvue trick...accurate?

Does anyone know how accurate the pearsonvue trick it? I thought I had read somewhere that people every once in a while have received the "good pop up" only to find out that they didn't pass. Just worried that I'm one of those people who got a false positive...

I took my exam on Friday at 2pm. I thought I was allowed to get my quick results today, but I guess it is 48 buisness hours, not 48 hours :-(

Has it been 48 hours since you finished the test? No. You have to wait until after 2pm today.

Check later today I tested on a Friday AM and 48 hours after I finished the test the results were available (yes, on a Sunday)

Nope not business days/hours. Like JustBeachyNurse I tested on a Friday and got my results on a sunday for my NCLEX-PN and tested on a Thursday and got my results on a Saturday for my NCLEX-RN. I've had friends take it get their results on the weekends also as well as on Federal Holidays.

I noticed a trend with my classmates. The quick results seemed to be up for everyone on the day that marked the 48 hrs..but everyones seemed to show up at 901am regardless of what time they tested. I tested at 8am got my results at 901, had friends who tested at 2pm and they too got theirs at 901am (901am on the nose). Then again, that was a year ago so who knows if its still that 901am mark :)

That's good to know, thanks! I realize it hasn't been exactly 48 hrs and figured I would have to wait until after 2pm...The reason I said 48 buisness hours is because I recieved an email with quick result instructions and it said 48 buisness hours, not regular hours. But I will check before I head off to work...Or maybe I will wait until after work, since if I failed I would rather not be at work having that sort of info on my mind.

Yes, all their paperwork states 48 business hours. But its never the case.

I would be checking periodically between now and 2pm....just in case it pops up...but that's just me and my impatient ways haha.

Oh, I super impatient as well. I NEED TO KNOW! lol. I did get the "good pop up" but I need to see actual results, especially since I thought my exam was crazy hard and really feel as though I didnt do well (It shut off at 75, so I either passed or failed miserably). I will keep checking!

Pearson Vue as a company works 7 days a week (in most areas) except for holidays. The only non-business day delays I've seen were legal holidays like Thanksgiving & New Years

Ok, good to know! I was not aware that they are open 7 days a week. Hopefully my results will be in soon then.

Let us know what happens!! I really hope PVT is accurate . im dying to know my results too. I took it on Sat at 8am. I am DYING to know what my quickresults is.. I can't even sleep!
