Must know list for ECG for NCLEX?`

Just about everyone's exams are different. I didn't have any EKG's on my exam.

If u use uworld they give the main one's which you should know.

Yes. I have done some of uworld questions. I am aware of the main ones such as V Tach, V Fib, Asystole, A-fib, Atrial flutter.

I was wondering if I have to know the heart blocks, PVCs, PACs, torsades de pointes?

PVC's becomes an issue if it's more than 6 in 60 seconds....

Here is the problem with the rhythm strips on the NCLEX-RN. I took the NCLEX on July 18, 2016, and I had four rhythm strips on the test. None of the questions asked to identify what the rhythm was. The questions asked either what would you do next, what drug(s) would you give, what signs and symptoms would you expect to see, what is the potential result of the rhythm shown.

For my test, It was not enough to be able to identify the rhythm. I had to know the implications of what that rhythm meant for patient care.
